Let's face it, if you are going to exercise, you might as well have some fun while doing it right? Our practices regularly infuse fun into the mix. Sometimes that is in the form of goof-off workouts, or perhaps in the form of team challenges that we undertake together and still other times it is about being social with your lane mates and catching up. Life is good here as a Gecko!

Swimming is an outstanding way to stay in shape. Your respiratory and cardiovascular systems will love you for taking up swimming. This "full-body" sport really does keep you limber and more mobile. 

Competition is not required. Our primary goal is helping you get and stay fit, enjoy the experience along the way, challenge yourself to go beyond, and just feel good.

The friendships we have built and continue to build are truly amazing. We love getting together not just at the pool, but outside it as well and we share a lot of interests in this incredible community of Sun City Grand such as art, music, pickleball, tennis and many other activities that our community offers. We work out hard and play hard!

Our workouts are really, really good! In our practices, we run the spectrum from new beginners to advance level competitive swimmers. We work hard at keeping our workouts fun and innovative, with instruction on technique and sets challenging enough to encourage you to improve whether that is your stroke technique, your speed, or your overall yardage.
